NIRSAL Plc

• Tax review for back-duty tax audit conducted by the Federal Capital Territory-Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS) in 2021.
• Tax review for back-duty tax audit conducted by the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission in 2021.
• Tax audit exercise carried out by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) in 2023.

Taraba State Government

We were engaged to recover PAYE taxes due to the Taraba State Government from selected banks for the years 2013 to 2017. Our role included determining actual PAYE liabilities, remittance made, and recovering any shortfall.

Adamawa State Government

• Assessed irregularities in government accounts with commercial banks.
• Reviewed excess charges on facilities, loans, and commissions on turnover (COTs).
• Investigated discrepancies in interest rates, charges on unauthorized debit balances, and errors in value dates.
• Reviewed financial operations of Government Ecological Fund Account (EFA), MDGs, and SUBEB to identify unauthorized charges and withdrawals.
• Examined account opening processes to ensure only authorized personnel were involved.

NIRSAL Plc - Management Support Services

We provided management support by unbundling Strategic Business Units (SBUs), enabling each unit to understand its core roles and functions. This helped establish performance measurement benchmarks for the future.
